Staff very friendly very clean x
Jacket potato was overcooked. Tomato soup was out of f a can. Pete liked his lazagne. Chips were a bit undercooked though. Latte wasn't good, it was sweet so w probably made from powdered milk.
First impression when we turned up outside was, omg. Decided to hang in there as it was only a place to sleep. Inside the room was like going back in time. Carpeted bathroom/toilet area. There was even carpet up the sides of the bath.Well stocked tea and coffee in the room was a plus side. Have stopped in some 4/5* hotels and not got this. So well done there.Outside in the street was very noisy until well gone 2am. Managed to get an hour or two sleep.Breakfast was very nice.
Don't ever stay in this hotel if you want a quiet night the music from the gym is that loud you can't here your self think. The hotel is very dated and most of the light don't work. I can always find a positive but in this case I am really struggling.
For the price you pay it is fine for a night or two. We wound up above the nightclub, and our room was literally shaking all night. The music was so loud you almost felt you were in the nightclub. Which of course did not lead to a good nights sleep as it went on till the early hours of the morning. Perfect place to stay if you are planning on being in the nightclub though. Place was friendly and clean.
