This is no ordinary B & B, our hosts Jane and Jonathan made every effort to make me and my family welcome, comfortable and happy during our 3 day stay. The cottage with it's eclectic mix of fine antique and modern furniture, attractive, colouful and relaxing gardens, and spacious well furnished bedrooms and bathrooms, is quiet and tranquil. Loved the huge bath with gallons of hot water after a 5 hour drive. Breakfasts were awesome, with endless supplies of tea, coffee and fruit juices, home made jams and fresh fruit and cooked breakfasts if requested. Visit the Jolly Sailor pub, only a short walk away, the locals are very friendly. Sadly I do not visit South Wales often, but in future Newton Cottage will be my preferred choice of residence. WOW! What a beautiful stunning cottage this is. We were made very welcome and very much at home from the minute we arrived. Superb accommodation, beautifully comfortable large bed, lovely comfortable little lounge, excellent large bathroom. We wanted for nothing from the wonderful hosts Jane and Jonathan. Superb location.
