We've never stayed in a caravan park before, but were impressed! We had a 6 berth, which had a bathroom plus another loo, a very well equipped kitchen, and a decent size lounge. For two of us it was plenty of room, but you'd maybe want to get out a bit more if you have kids. We had a few lights that didn't work, but once we reported that they were fixed straight away. Nearby the beach was lovely, and you could walk to Porthcawl in one direction, or for a few miles along the beach in the other direction. If you want day trips, then Margam Park is close, as are both Swansea and Cardiff. On the site there was a lot of stuff for kids but also adults to enjoy, such as crazy golf, bowling and pool. There were a few places to eat but the food wasn't particularly healthy and it was quite pricey. You can obviously self cater, but there are also lots of options in Porthcawl for eating out or takeaway.Staff were always friendly and helpful, and I'd definitely recommend this park as well as taking another holiday like this in the future.

Worst holiday ever, we took our 2 year old daughter here because we thought the entertainment would be good but literally she hated it, definitely more for older kids and no security what so ever children can just run off out the park no secure gates for play park so parents can relax, also no security on front gates so anyone could come into peoples caravans and they were congregating outside all hours of the night. Lastly I was very sad when we saw our caravan as the one I paid for was not this, I spent more to get s luxury caravan in the picture it was a lovely bright red and white decor but we were greeted by horrible grey drab colours nothing luxury about this caravan and no air con hottest week this summer bloody awful time, will never go back! Emailed company we booked with and they gave no compensation couldnt even be bothered to reply, dont book with hoseasons I wont be again!

Just come bk from a week in trecco bay lovely place the troopers r such lovely people they have plenty of activities to keep the family entertained

Been going with my family since I was really young always have a great time and always a different verity of activities for all ages and all the staff are really friendly xx

Me and my partner always have mini weekends away as my Nan is owner of a caravan down here. We always have a lovely time and when ever we have been up in the square the staff and team have always been lovely never had a rude member off staff. This is a great place for weekends away and holiday if you have children as well.
